재단법인 휴메인 소사이어티 인터내셔널(Humane Society International, HSI)은 국제적으로 사업지부를 두고 있는 동물단체로 농장동물, 야생동물, 실험동물, 반려동물 분야에 걸쳐 모든 동물들의 보호와 복지를 위해 캠페인, 입법, 정책, 교육 등의 활동을 펼치고 있습니다.

[지원자격] 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. College degree or comparable work experience. 

2. At least seven years experience in animal protection work. 

3. At least five years experience in staff and office management.

4. Proven track record of team leadership, campaign management and campaign advancement. 

5. Proven track record of budget and financial systems management. 

6. Strong background in public relations and substantial experience with media.
7. Broad base of contacts within animal protection, media and institutions/government.   

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

1. Superior written and communications in English and Korean. 

2. Strong interpersonal skills. 

3. Strong knowledge of the animal protection movement. 

4. Superior analytical and strategic planning skills. 

5. Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines. 

6. Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally. 

7. Strong computer skills. 

8. Strong accounting skills. 

9. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 

10. Strong knowledge of fundraising including direct mail, online marketing and major gift solicitation. 

11. Superior understanding of South Korean institutions, government and legislative procedures.
